So you are interested in working for Tibia Library? Here are the steps you should take:

1. Create an account here.
2. Be active and log into the site often to check what is going on.
3. Encourage and create discussion on the forums.
4. Invite friends to join the community.

If you do these things, points will be awarded for your activity automatically. As you gain points you will have the opportunity to advance your education and will be awarded degrees.

Bachelor Degree: 500 points, ability to create news articles for publication on the main web page.
Masters Degree: 1000 points, ability to create stories for publication on the main web page.
Doctorate Degree: 2000 points, ability to create research articles for publication on the web page.

Also, once you are publishing you will be rewarded points for when users read your articles! So once you achieve one degree it will become much easier to gain the next ones.

Although you will not technically be a staff member by even attaining a Doctorate degree, evidence of your work will be noticed the more you contribute, and if you wish to become an official staff member, simply send me a private message detailing what you have to offer and you will be considered.
